Katie specializes in meeting students, either children or adults, where they are at with their understanding of music or technique. Rooted in the believe that music should be fun and fulfilling, Katie focuses on creating a positive experience that keeps students engaged. Making progress is key to a sense of satisfaction, and her lessons come with in-person time as well as video support between lessons to increase accountability for practice (even if it’s five minutes of practice—something is better than nothing!) and help stay on track with the techniques that matter most.
